Send an item for seccond day delivery. Baked goods I send to my nephew while he's away at school.

From California to Minesota. We tracked the package and at first it said lost so we called to find out the agent said 'oh no its on the truck being delivered' so I ask then why does it said lost on the tracking website ...she gave me the same response. ' It's on the truck'..so I ask her to double check ..she didn't want to and gave me the same answer ..it's on the truck. Ups..your customer service is deplorable.

.I spent 150$ to make sure my package get there in time. Why the $!*!

Can you agent make an effort to help . That's their job isn't it?
