Tremendous deterioration in UPS performance in the past several months. Three of the most recent four shipments delivered by UPS were not on schedule.
Frequent irregularities including retroactive modification (falsification) of tracking reports. Recent residential deliveries not made until 9 P.M. Have been receiving UPS deliveries for many years and have never seen anything like this except immediately prior to Christmas.
UPS must have made deep cuts in staff and service has gone down the drain. UPS ground service has always been unnecessarily slow but now it's even worse and one cannot rely on UPS to deliver anything on schedule.
