UPS is the worst delivery service you can use products delivered damaged tossed over my gate left by roadside no reason gate unlocked and porch less than 150 feet from gate. Call every time this happens and it is never addressed and continues to happen I think that you need to give people an option for different devilry like FED X. I think I might have to change to a different online shopping company I am tired of calling UPS at least 2 or 3 tome a month

I don't have a problem either with the USPS losing packages in three different states. It sounds like a local problem with that particular post office. Can't blame that on Amazon!!

Seriously? YOU screwed up the address.

How in the world is Amazon, or UPS for that matter, supposed to magically know that you omitted a vital piece of information?The driver would have left the location by the time you received the email. They are not going to go back out there to deliver something when YOU made a mistake and didn't catch it.

They have rules and regulations and policies to follow - yes, if they receive the new information after 5:30pm local time, you'll get it the next available date. You people need to take ownership of your own actions and mistakes.

Amazon - Get rid of private delivery company

No longer using UPS or USPS in Bucks County, PA. Last three orders were: Late Lost Late All were cancelled and items bought at Target. Customer service is all overseas and they will not listen to question - they only read stock generic answers. Ex: When item says guaranteed delivery on Tuesday Dec 12, 2017 - that is not an actual guarantee "Only a suggested delivery date". They don't have any required delivery time even for Prime members. Now just tryi9ng to get to the 100 word minimum, so just writing to get to the 100 word minimum, which should be reached now!

Amazon - Prime orders do not arrive when stated

Every day after the order was due I receive a notification that the order will receive it that day and for three more days it has not arrived Customer service said it arrive today and it did not. Amazon says now it will arrive tomorrow and UPS says a couple days I have asked them to refund my prime fee I told them that they had promised in writing They freaked out I would suggest this as a course of action that could lead to a class action solution

Amazon prime delivery, or lack thereof

My last two prime orders have taken a week to receive because the carrier will not leave the package at my doorstep. I have asked customer service time and time again to put a note on my account stating that I understand the risk but to please leave the package at my door. This is a very large company, billions of dollars that should be striving for customer satisfaction, yet they will not give customers an option during checkout that is forwarded to the carrier to leave packages at customers doors. We have busy schedules, we cannot sit at the house all day long waiting on the delivery, and some of what is ordered is urgently needed or time sensitive. I was instructed to contact UPS to discuss this concern, when Amazon sent me an email stating I was unavailable the carrier would attempt to redeliver the next business day. Then I get home to find a note on my door from UPS saying I have to go pick the package up at their location. Then Amazon's customer service suggests I call UPS to discuss this matter which is great and all but what happens the next time DHL or FedEx delivers a package or USPS, I will be in the same exact boat. Something needs to change, Amazon is the new Walmart!

Amazon - Prime delivery no longer Prime

As the title suggests Prime 2 day delivery is no longer, at least for me, dependable. During the past several years UPS has with perhaps one or two exceptions delivered my Prime packages in a timely manner. Apparently I now have OnTrac to thank for miss delivered, lost or late deliveries. Of all the things Amazon offers, the promise of on time delivery was always most important to me. I understand there are numerous complaints about OnTrac so hopefully Amazon will come up with a solution. Customer service is the most important factor in serving your customers and currently OnTract does not meet either your's or mine's standards.

I have posted this review about item I have received from Amazon. It is about fishing pole called Ugly stick "The stick is good, but the package which was shipped with it is, lightly said, AWFUL!!! The stick came broken and there is nowhere on the package written neither 'fragile' or 'do not bend' sign on the package. So of course, the UPS delivery and dispatching people can`t know what is inside and how to deal with it. If the seller don`t have the money for the fragile or do not bend stamp, please let me know and I can send you those $15 for the stamp." And I have received the following email from Amazon :P "Your review could not be posted to the website in its current form." I do believe that for the item bought review should be about item which includes package too, but obviously that is not the case with Amazon, they don`t care if you get the item in the garbage bag or in my case fishing pole which was obviously bent on the half for easier storage. Nevertheless they did not allow my negative review and therefore other customers can`t be aware of such a mistreatment. And for everything what goes wrong they just blame it on their favorite excuse 'third party' seller----in the other words, they just wash their hands.

FED UPWITH AMAZON

hey Everyone, so i ordered a phone case and a screen protector for my iphone 7plus on January 17. i used amazon Prime for two day shipping right. supposely UPS claim they came by my house on the 18th to delivery my items. They didn't at all, I was there all day, no info notice was left at all. I contacted UPS and all of a sudden no one can find my package after I made the complaint. I said I wanted them to find my package reschedule the delivery, and I want management to call me back. the representative assured me that the man was coming the next business day, same time with my package. January 19, @2pm, I'm looking online at my tracking info, I see that it says "delayed Package", now keep in mind this is the day the package should of been originally delivered. I phoned UPS, and was told there was a delay with my package and it was nothing they can do about it. so I asked the man did any one find the package? he said yes. I said so why is it being delayed? he didn't have an answer for me still. I hung up with him. I then phoned Amazon customer service, told the rep that I didn't receive my package on time, and they need to do something about it. why am I paying for two day shipping and not getting it within the two days? she said she will call ups. she claim she called them, and they told her that the package was delayed, and all she can do for me was extend my Prime membership for a month. I told her I don't want that *** if my packages aren't getting here on time. I asked to speak to a manager, she put me on hold for 10minutes and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a different rep, told me the same thing, and the package was going to be there on the 20th, I said I didn't pay for three day shipping. if I wanted standard shipping I would of chosen 4-5 standard shipping and I didn't. he like only thing prime did was you didn't pay for taxes. I said im paying for prime to get my packages to me faster *** those taxes and I hung up. my issue is still not resolved.

When packages are delayed, you usually never will find out why. The carrier, in your case UPS will never say, unless they use something like "delayed due to weather." In most cases the delay is caused by any number of things within the carrier.

As for Amazon Prime, yes they like to say "guaranteed" 2 day delivery but they do nothing when it is not delivered within the 2 days. They have to rely on the carrier to deliver it timely. Now that Amazon is using the USPS for many of their deliveries, that "guaranteed" 2 day delivery will become an empty promise. I just had the USPS deliver a 2 day delivery package to me in 3 days.

All you can do is complete the review of package/vendor by going to your orders on Amazon and give the seller all negative marks and state in the comments section how displeased you are. You might also seriously consider buying products from a different company.

You do realize that you are paying almost a hundred bucks a year for Amazon Prime, don't you? That would pay for alot of shipping charges from other websites.
