Boy, UPS really screwed me. Ordered a new golf club, had to wait much longer than I should have, and it came with a broken shaft.

How about you have your employees handle deliveries with care? It's not a difficult job, you shitheads.

Take the broken club up with whoever sent it to you, not UPS. It's not the shipping company's fault if it's incorrectly packed (and it probably was if it got broken).

For one to be packed to ensure that it arrives safely, it would need to be bubble-wrapped, with plenty of room for peanuts to surround it. If that wasn't how it came, take it up with the other company; if it was, have the company file a claim and have them send you a new club in the meantime.
