Was supposed to receive legal documents delivered by UPS. Driver claimed he delivered to front door.

I was home all day and there was NO DELIVERY. Customer service claims it was delivered even though I told him it was not. Then he claims it will take 8 BUSINESS DAYS to investigate, not find the package, just investigate!!!. I need these documents in a few days or I miss my vacation.

FedEx never has these problems! Can't believe with this technology they have problems finding the right house!!!! How long does it take to call the driver and find out where he dropped the package off. He also should take a drug test if he thinks he delivered the package at the right house.

Never use UPS! I am calling the embassy to tell them to stop using UPS or risk having all the important legal documentation get lost.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of lost package. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss warranty issue of legal documents shipping and associated monetary loss in the amount of $6000. Ups needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
