I wasn't home when delivery was attempted; UPS left notice that it would be left at a UPS Access Point and available after 1 pm next day...it wasn't, and I was told it certainly would be the following day. It isn't, and now they are saying it will be delivered to the access point tomorrow.
However...my online tracking progress shows that it's been sent back to Kentucky, and is going through a departure scan there this morning. One online rep says that's not really true, another says she has no idea, and the area Access Point clerk says that hey, they're not really UPS, just a store. Frustrating, to say the least.
2 weeks ago, they left a package worth $500 on the porch without getting a signature. ???????
