2 deliveries was rejected by saying that its no access to the building, which is not true. 3 more deliveries was on hold for same reason and almost went back.

When I called to UPS - I got really bad customers service! Especially Jeana - dispatcher/supervisor of Van Nuys location in CA. She was really mean , not helpful. Terrible customer service!

She is not flexible to solve the problem and take care the customers, not giving assistance in finding the all items which is going to be delivered to the address.

Really terrible work. Overall looks like UPS loosing the quality of they service!

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Lack of training of the employees.
