on Tuesday a letter was sent overnight to my correct address. When I had not received by 2 pm on Wednesday, I contacted the sender.

We got on a conference call with UPS rep. She said it was attemped but no one home. I told her I WAS home at that time and no one made any attempt. Then we identified the problem.

UPS had changed the street direction from W to E. So East was where the attempt was made. I had to drive 15 miles that evening to the service center to pick up the letter. The woman there said my address was not in the UPS system.

I told her I had lived there for almost 20 years (house is 130 years old) and have mail delivered every day. Also have had several UPS deliveies made with no issues. I asked her to contact me when it was put in the system. No word as yet.

The attitude on their side was non chalant and accepted no blame.I will not use again.
