I ordered a package to be delivered to my business using 2 day service. We dutifully tracked the package and it showed "out for delivery" on the day it was due.

When it didn't show, we called... and UPS said it was "still en route" and to wait until 7:30 pm. So one of my employees went on overtime for 2.5 hours to await the package. At 7:30 pm, we called again and they then said...

"hmmm... it appears the package was never loaded on the truck" and that we could arrange to pick up the item at their facility, which we did the following day. They also said we could apply for a refund. We did so, but now UPS is claiming that because we arranged to pick up the package at their facility, that no refund is due.

So not only did they lie to us repeatedly, they have now defrauded us with their actions by conning us into picking the package up ourselves. This appears to be an extremely dishonest organization and I will do my best to NOT do business with them again.
