I got a call from UPS that my package was damaged in transit due to insufficient packing. They decided it was too damaged and threw it away!

Can you say Liars! Maybe it wasn't packed perfectly but at least show the evidence! They refuse to offer a refund due to the insufficient packaging that was my fault. That's fine but at least show the evidence.

I find it hard to believe the story being told to me, it seems more likely that they lost the package and wrote it off as damaged to avoid any refunds.

This is bad business for UPS and I will not use them again if I can help it. May not hurt there overhead but I will certainly be vocal about it!

Monetary Loss: $25.
