UPS damaged my consignment beyond repair, I didn't take out insurance, although because they failed to take care of the consignment, they are liable for damages. This is UPS UK, and we are protected by a lot of Acts of Parliament, The consignment has been checked again and this had been passed onto claims.
I have given them 14 days notice, and if they fail to reply within the 14 days, this will be passed onto Trading Standards.
I have put a claim in for damages, will I be successful? I am prepared to take this to court as well.
