UPS driver is a POS...this lazy SOB instead of walking up 5 steps and knocking on my door literally throws my packages into my alleyway over a fence. Yesterday I had a pair of fishing rods and reels(that I need for work) thrown into the alley and both were damaged.

I would love to beat the *** out of this guy but I never seem to catch him...what can I do?

I cant believe in this day and age that there is no way to combat this kind of BS. This is what happens when a company gets too big.

Monetary Loss: $200.

I ship my product all over the US and Europe. I used to use UPS in the US but they kept breaking my product.

Switched to Fedex, no problem. Ship to Europe with USPS, no problem. My product got picked up by another company and they wanted me to ship UPS with account #.

Guess what, more broken products. UPS just sucks!!!!


Contact UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877. Ask to speak to the supervisor who is in charge of routes. Good luck.
