It took me three phone calls and three hours to get a supervisor on the line to talk to.
All the customer service agents can tell you is your item will be delivered at such and such date. They have a hard time reading the information off of the computer screen to tell you that. In my case my package had been going back and forth between two states for two weeks. Thank they would figure out they may have to speak to someone in the states to correct the problem, NOT! Three different people could not figure out what was going on nor do I thank they wanted to.
What a sorry over priced organization. Use someone else if all possible.
