My packaged was supposed to be delivered on 15/11/2018 but there was no sign of it and I called up UPS Singapore Customer Service at 2100, only to be told package has not been cleared by Customs. They were supposed to call me and provide an update on 16/11/2018 1000.
No calls, no follow-ups and my package is still stuck at Changi for more than 24 hours. I called them again and was given the same standard *** answer, Not Cleared by Customs!
Since when it takes so long for Singapore Customs to clear a package? Even the standard Singapore Post custom clearance is within a day! Packages sent through DHL clears customs in a matter of hours!
UPS IS THE WORST EVER COURIER! My package was supposed to be EXPRESS and this is the *** service I get! NEVER EVER choose UPS!
