My package was delivered to the wrong address, I called to make sure my replacement package would be delivered to the correct address. The representative on the phone and also the supervisor was so rude an disrespectful.

They kept reading me their guideline and could not answer my question. I have already contacted the seller who is sending a replacement but I am afraid UPS dyslexia is not going to allow them to deliver to the proper address. When I called, I called to confirm that my package would be delivered to the correct address.

The customer service just kept telling me to reach out to the seller, then the supervisor made it worst by telling me delivery issues is between UPS and the seller and hung up on me. Is it too much to ask, I just want to confirm replacement would be delivered to correct address.
