Ordered an expensive item. Got a tracking number three days ago.

Go to UPS website to track package. The message on their website says "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated." We called the company we ordered from they assured us that they created the label and it shipped on the 20th. Called UPS they say that they cannot do anything until the estimated delivery date of October 27th passes.

The weird thing is that as part of our order we got another item that was shipped via the United States Postal Service, shipped the same day from the same location and arrived today. This shipment is coming from Portland to Pittsburgh.

IF THE USPS can get it here in less than two days then WTF is then F#$king problem with UPS!!!!!! Never again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
