To whom it may concern,

I am filing a complaint against Natalie at the Corpus Christi , TX UPS. I was requesting information regarding estimated time of delivery. Also, whether it be morning or afternoon.

She indicated she contacted the driver and he did not know. She made all kinds of excuses one being he was a new driver. I asked for a supervisor she responded she was the supervisor. I asked for an administrator she said to call the hundred number.

Therefore, I feel that if the customer is provided with a tracking number the should be able to at least provide an anticipated time of arrival.

If UPS employees do not want to assist the customer the they evaluated on job performance and terminated.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of ups customer care. Ups needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.

If your package is going by services that doesn't have any guaranteed delivery time, then customer service, dispatch and driver won't be able to give you a specific time for delivery. You need to understand that it always depend on the driver's route, volume, traffic, etc.
