UPS is the poorest customer service I have ever dealt with, even their automated systems argues when you ask to speak to a live person. After three and and a half hours dealing with a delivery issue, while I was on vacation, problem not resolved.
Web site couldn't fix but charged me three times, customer service said it was fix, but got a call from our home distribution center and got a different story!
So goes the relaxation of vacation! Ugh!
