Complete liars and incompetent. When you directly ask them why something happened and you are completely frustrated by their explanations which make no sense and you call them out on it they avoid the question and "change the subject" to take blame off themselves.
Customer service over the phone is so frustrating. They make no apologies and seem to have a limited list of responses to "What happened?!!" they often don't make sense when applied to your unique problem. So, they will keep stating their "allowed response" over and over again at you while you repeat your question hoping for an answer you'll never get.
They will just ignore it until you give up, but not before you're so worked up you can't wait to get home and have a drink. If you don't drink, you will eventually if you have to deal with UPS.
