The delivery men when they see the door was they don't even dare knock to notify the person inside the house waiting to reveive the important parcel.The worst thing was they don't even call the recipient.

Phone customer service sucks do not know exactly what to do and don't give a reasonable decision. The reason they gave, delivery guy don't have the phone. Come on, this is Singapore and here an average two phones per individual. Really unsatisfied service.

I will not recommend this because of the poor quality service.Train your people and orient them the importance of customer service.
