UPS - We've been left in the dust

Details
We've been a commercial UPS customer for about 20 years now. We spent over $100,000 with them last year. One would think that if we had an invoice being disputed someone would call before sending it to collections. That didn't happen. This was one of our air freight invoices that was partially paid because the bill didn't match the quote. We try to get someone to care, but no one does. It's just amazing to me that a long time customer who always pays on time gets treated like dirt.

UPS - Useless customer service people

Details
For three days they've said they've been trying to deliver a package to me and the address was incomplete. Never let me know that this was an issue until I called them to find out. They told me it would be delivered the next day and I called because it says my package is out for delivery and then they told me that their driver has been pulled off deliveries to do pickups at 5 p.m. at night. There are excuses show that they could really care less and their insincere apologies are an absolute insult to receivers.

UPS in Burnaby, British Columbia - Customer Service - I don't think so...

We use UPS daily for multiple ground and air shipments from the USA to Canada. The people they have hired to handle issues on the phone are a completely brutal and have no concept of Customer Service whatsoever. UPS have also clearly made it impossible to get through to any Supervisor or Manager when a more serious issue arises - let the frontline staff take the brunt and hide behind the wall. Real good Management - NOT!!! If we could use someone else, we would but unfortunately they are so big that some Suppliers demand pick up by them instead of Fed Ex. Avoid if possible!!!!
