Details
Broke 360$ worth of merchandise even paid insurance for it. They deny any responsibility and refuse to reimburse anything. They make usps look good. Will never ship through them again. I suggest that if you are shipping something valuable and want it to arrive in one piece dont ship with ups ever

When asked by Stephanie if anything was breakable, I said no but the toys have plastic windows on one side. She immediatley pushed her thumb through one of the carefully wrapped presents.
