Been a couple of times I went to the UPS service points to pick up and drop off packages and finally last Friday I gathered my courage to let the guy at the service counter: "Joseph" at 260-22529 Lougheed Hwy, Maple Ridge, BC V2X 0L5, that he was rude and inconsiderate.

Ups sucks

I had a lady try calling me today to schedule delivery. I missed her phone call, so I called back. The guy that answered hung up on me. I called back and the second guy was very rude. You’re customer service in the Idaho falls department sucks. How do you guys stay in business being so rude???

This is not true. I have ALL my packages sent to my work. I do not have to sign unless the sender requires it. Has nothing to do with it being an office or a residence.
