UPS - Package NEVER Delivered

I was supposed to receive my order on the 8th but no UPS truck ever came to my place even though their website now says delivered. I was even outside when the UPS website says it was delivered. I contacted UPS and told they told me because of the shipment method Rue 21 had selected I needed to call them.

Packages being flung out of ups window not placed on doorstep

Lately it appears that non fragile items are being flung out of ups trucks instead of placing them at the customers door. Jve actually witnessed this mant times..guess its a time saver. Luckilly i havent gotten hit in the head or had a window broken. Boy times have changed. I know this driver too.

UPS - Shipment tracking

9:48 AM 12/17/2018 I call the customer support center and I am on hold for 15 minutes. I finally get a hold of a rep and she could not give me the freight charge of a shipment and she puts me on hold, now going on 30 minutes. This service really SUCKS!

UPS - Very Very Bad.

Terrible incompetent customer service after 2 in a row of my $700 parcel being "out for delivery" i contacted them and they weren't real clear at all when i asked them what was going on. Never to use them again Wtf
