UPS - Useless customer service people

Details
For three days they've said they've been trying to deliver a package to me and the address was incomplete. Never let me know that this was an issue until I called them to find out. They told me it would be delivered the next day and I called because it says my package is out for delivery and then they told me that their driver has been pulled off deliveries to do pickups at 5 p.m. at night. There are excuses show that they could really care less and their insincere apologies are an absolute insult to receivers.

UPS - Customer Service is Laughable

I have a $650 UPS Freight charge from 3 years ago that they just decided to tell me I owe money for. The kicker is that they have no backup documentation. They sent a bill I was never sent to an outside collections agency, and then it is like pulling teeth to get on the phone with a human to find out what this charge is for. I've been on the phone with an automated service for 30 minutes, and I'm beyond pissed at this point. This company is a joke, and I've been dealing with this *** with them for years.

UPS in Pensacola, Florida - Package arrived with item stolen from inside

Tried to contact UPS several times. Phone agents, when finally obtained, siad it wasn't their dept and offered ZERO assistance beyond call back later or use Website. Tried to use website to submit claim. It continually times out as unresponsive, forcing you to cancel and resubmit. Major irritation is that you have RE-ENTER all data! Even though you provide tracking number and all that info is ON THE PACKAGE and IN THEIR SYSTEM!

9:48 AM 12/17/2018 I call the customer support center and I am on hold for 15 minutes. I finally get a hold of a rep and she could not give me the freight charge of a shipment and she puts me on hold, now going on 30 minutes. This service really SUCKS!
