Well done for posting this link as they told me that my valuable electronics parcel at was left outside in my blue bin at 11pm ?? Obviously i didnt sign for it and no card was left My bin is full and wet and dirty from recent bad weather and there was no electronic goods left in it Rang them up and was told it was definitely left there which it wasnt and that the integrity of the driver was not in question thus inferring that i was lying Absolutely livid and there was no parcel left in my bin as ive been using it a lot due to being X-Mas also what kind of courier thinks its ok to leave valuable parcels containing fragile electronic goods unsecured outside in a damp filthy bin at 11pm?? Either way i now have to take it up with the seller for non delivery Thanks for complaints link as i like you coudnt get any info for complaints procedure

Reason of review: unsecure delivery hich i didnt receive very poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $80.

I didn't like: Loss of my parcel, Stole my goods.
