The worst company I have ever dealt with. I used UPS to send a parcel to my family in Pakistan for an occasion and that was the worst possible mistake I have ever done in my life. The counterparts UPS is dealing with took the parcel to the address and refused to deliver it unless the receiver pay them charges amounting to £120... This is more than the value of items shipped! They claimed it to be customs tax charged but the customs denied charging any such amount and tried contacting the company but they neither responded nor provided any evidence of payment of charges to CUSTOMS... They would not even return it to London saying these charges have to paid otherwise they will abandon it. When finally my family made the payment as this useless company would not give them any option, the cake plate I had sent was BROKEN! UPS did not accept any responsibility saying I did not take insurance... Really!!! if you don't take insurance they will break your items!!!! I wish I can give a rating of 0. No responsibility, no accountability and no professionalism...

UPS Claimed to have tried to deliver

I'm waiting now at the 2900 Steele's Ave., West, Concord, Ontario UPS Customer Care Office. I arrived at 9:10Am and it is now 9:45 and still am waiting for my package. This inconvenience due to UPS not delivering last Monday to my home. No sticker left at my door, although their call Centre said they tried and no one was home. I was home all day. Now I have this unpleasant 1970s customer service experience to deal with at their customer care office. UPS, this is poor service. Problem with delivery

UPS in Ashton-Under-Lyne, England - Slowest Delivery on Planet

I am expecting a delivery from UPS. It has been in a Glasgow depot now for 3 days and they refuse to schedule a delivery date. On the tracking site just a message to say check back later. I am not sure if they will now return to sender. No answer on phone either. If they don't want to deliver to specific locations then they should not accept the work in the first place. There are plenty of couriers who deliver to my town every day, just not UPS. Now that I have read the on line reviews I can see that many other people are having problems with this company. Absolutely awful service.
