I live in a condo with 4 units in the complex. There is no apartment or unit number, each unit has a unique street address.

UPS has delivered in the past fine. Now with 3 different packages they cant find my condo and they held up delivery. The last time has no reason why, even the customer service doesnt know why.

I have called three times and they still cannot figure it out. Also, even though these were 2 and 3 day packages, they will not give me a refund even after 4 weeks of non delivery, because 1 delay 3 weeks ago was weather related, which apparently negates all future accountability.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ups Delivery Service.

Monetary Loss: $30.
