The one thing you can count on at UPS is that no one knows who is in charge or why anything is done the way it is.
We wanted to see our latest LTL and Parcel statements online and our recent payments and our open credits. UPS.com prompted us to enroll in the billing center. So we did. We were not advised that we would no longer recieve invoices as we have been for years until after we enrolled. Then we were screwed. Invoices would no longer come by the previouse method and we still could not see the information we wanted in the first place.
There is no way to register this greivance and others with ups. Life is much simpler with other carriers.
