UPS Choice should be called "No Choice". Not only was their web site down but customer service was terrible. If you pay $22 to send a letter or light package on Friday don't count on the package being delivered till late Monday or Tuesday. And then trying to pick it up yourself I was told different lies.I will do my best not to use their service. They have definately gone downhill over the years. It a shame to see once a great company to change so much. I've been much more satisfied with Federal Express or USPS.
