Bad service on multiple occasions- just got aggravated enough today to leave a post on UPS. Schedule for next day deliver.
Tracker says my package is on the truck with a delivery time of "before 8pm". Have been home all day ( Two door bells and 2 dogs) no UPS , no door bell no dogs barking. UPS never came to our APT Complex per nosy neighbors. UPS treats package delivery like it does it customers; without urgency.
They do not have the courage to admit that the delivery was delayed due to zealous & overstated capacity to its customer (AMAZON).
Useless Parcel Service..... That's what they should be called
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of poor customer service and unethical business practices. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of ups delivery service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $50. Ups needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
