I purchased a couple of T-Shirts for $60 CAD. When UPS driver came he asked for $61.77 "brokerage fee". Well no need to say they attempted to charge me 100% over my purchase.

I phoned customer service and they basically said: "if you want your t-shirts pay us the same amount of your purchase".

This is completely unacceptable!

Take my advice: Never use UPS delivery services, it's been the worst purchase online experience ever.

Use Canada Post or Purolator o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o

Monetary Loss: $60.
