I paid for expedited shipping with a guaranteed delivery date of today.According to UPS the 80 degree partly cloudy weather is grounds for delayed shipping.

The package is sitting at the distribution center 15 miles from my house while I watch ups drivers drive up and down my street. They are an absolute joke of a company. Their support ranks amongst the worst in the nation as well. Called them messaged them on Facebook and on Twitter got different responses from all of them and they were all bull sh*t.

Also took the day off thanks to their 6 hour delivery window and found out while I was sitting at home waiting about the delay.

Now I have to take another day off because a signature is required.Thanks UPS who can I send the bill to for lost wages and when can I get reimbursed for the expedited shipping I paid for that you didn't honor?
