UPS says our zip code and address is no good, but it is correct. FedEx can find us, but UPS can't.

I have called 14 times for 6 lost deliveries, and they can't figure out a solution. Twice the decided on their own to send our package to an old address we no longer live at. They promise to have terminal upervisors call, but none do.

The customer service reps refuse to alliow me to talk to a supervisor. Is I could get Amazon marketplace to never use them I would..
