I have ordered computer parts for my part time business. From the same company its a over night delivery.
They keep shipping it to the wrong UPS center and taking an extra day to deliver it. I track my packages with their software and when it says that its "out for delivery" from a center 100 miles away I know they are lying to me. they can plan a driver's day down to the minute. I would like to get the National Complaint number so I can call in, but they do not list one.
I hate calling and being answered by a machine that doesn't give me the option to talk to a live person or to file a complaint.
