I ordered a gift for my sisters 1st anniversary from one of the online shops which uses UPS. The order was placed on Friday June 3rd, 2011 and I used express shipping so that it reaches her by the 7th.
First UPS said they will deliver before 12. Poor girl had to stay home and wait and NO ONE ever came to deliver it. Then some nonsense excuse about address being incorrect. When we talked to them and asked them to confirm the address they had, it was CORRECT.
Again the false promise of we will deliver tomorrow for sure. NO DELIVERY! It's June 9th now and my sister and I have been having conversation with them for the whole week and still no delivery.
This is unbelivable!!!!! UPS has turned this into such a bad experience that I will make sure I post this on every online complaint site so that the calgary office gets looked into and hopefully one of their bosses sees what they do with customers.
