46" LED TV DESTROYED BY UPS WHILE SHIPPING TO A BUYER AND GOT IT BACK THEY CHARGED ME $85 TO GET IT BACK, THE BOX WAS ALL TORN UP ON SIDE, THE TV STAND WHICH IS SUPER STRONG WAS BROKEN, THE MIDDLE OF THE TV WAS DENTED, THE BOX WAS CROOKED AND DENTED AND RIPPED AND TAPED UP BY THEM TO MAKE IT STAY TOGETHER.THE FRAME OF THE TV RIPPED OFF, THE STYROFOAM WAS ALL BROKEN INTO MANY PIECES, THE ITEM WAS BRAND NEW AND HAD ADDITIONAL BUBBLE WRAP IN THE MIDDLE JUST IN CASE BUT THAT DID NOT STOP THEM FROM DESTROYING MY ITEM.

THEY TREATED MY ITEM LIKE *** FROM THE OBVIOUS EVIDENCE, I GOT THIS ITEM FROM A PILOT COMPANY AND THEY BROUGHT IT TO ME UNSCATHED BUT WHEN I SOLD IT AND USED UPS THEY ENDED UP DESTROYING IT.WELL DONE A-HOLES.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Ever checked the factory packing on a typical TV? The packaging is generally only suited to palletized shipping and does NOT meet carrier guidelines, ANY carrier (ie USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Try filing a claim, you have nothing to lose at this point.
