UPS expects to be paid almost instantaneously.

It almost seems like they expect to be paid faster than they deliver packages.

As a small business, I pay bills once or twice a month. It is simply not possible to pay each bill when it comes in.

This is good enough for every other vendor except UPS. If UPS is not paid in 10 days or so they suspend your accouny. And it doesn't matter how small the amount owed is. I have had my account suspended for awing as little as twelve dollars. Of course, when this happns, we always seem to find out at the end of the day when we really need to send out a package.

Does anybody else have a similaar complaint?

our small business has had similar issues with FedEx and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. they dont seem to care about working WITH small businesses, they just want their money.
