this is a message to UPS BARKING DEPOT = WHERE IS MY PARCEL ??????

30 kilos - size apprx 85 x 45 x 40 cm

HOW DRIVER CAN LOST SO BIGGG PARCEL ????? = it's a pushchair (3 parts pushchair / carrycot / car seat) oh perhaps have stolen it !!

Parcel has been scanned arrival in SAVIGNY LE TEMPLE french depot BUT 3 UPS people HAVE CONFIRMED that it is logical scan but not PHYSICAL = the parcel never LEFT BARKING DEPOT

I HAVE MADE CLAIM AND ALL POSSIBLE = PLEASE CHECK IN YOUR DEPOT - PLEASE CHECK MY PICTURE OF PARCEL - PERHAPS label has been took off - OR PARCEL STOLEN ????!!!!

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to have the product delivered as the author lost $200. SBB-27 is overall dissatisfied with Ups. The most disappointing about baby pushchair shipping at Ups was parcel lost no more explanation Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
