Last week i sent my sample to other place. The guy promised it would be received by my client in 2 days.

At that day, i track it online and found it had been damaged. Come on, my friend sent that sample from China to Canada, it was intact through that long journey. But by UPS, just two hours on the road, it was totally damaged. After 4 days, they didn't even have one word to me.

I doubt they can provide basic service for their customer!!! Their customer service made me speechless when i called them.

I never use their service again!

Monetary Loss: $200.
