I paid extra for next day shipping.

the package was late. On day 1 I was told they couldn't locate the package and not to worry - that cities UPS shipping hub was disorganized - delays were common.

the following day when I called for a refund I was told the package was late due to bad weather.

I checked weather and airport flight schedule - guess what... no issues reported.

late, late, late. cycle of phone calls. no straight answers.

I caught them lying to me. how many people are charged because they are lied to and believe it?

This is theft.
