They have lost my second package this month, they say on tracking that the package was " left at the front door" .I was waiting at the front door for them ( I saw UPS track passing by), but they never stopped by my building.

secod time- no one from UPS was at my front door, no one rang my bell, no one left any packages for me.

How could they live 400$ iteam at the front door without any signature at the apartment biulding plus I was the witness that no one stopped by from UPS.I guess its not important to them.

Monetary Loss: $400.
