My really important UPS document took several days to be delivered. It cost loads of money (61 pounds) and I am annoyed that UPS and the company -mail boxes etc- will not refund any of this. UPS say it is because there was a problem with the plane and then the driver. UPS have shifted the refund to mail boxes etc saying it is there responsibility, however mail boxes etc say that UPS have not provided them with a refund because of the excuse of the airplane problem. I have no way of checking with UPSs because even though I have the tracking number they won't discuss the order with me. Poor service and poor customer service afterwards.

Next time I will use royal mail!

Monetary Loss: $61.
