I have been dealing for 5 days now with UPS. I have spoken to Las Vegas, Florida, Philippines and Central America (will not tell me country) They just tell you whatever story they want to come up with.
So my 2nd day AIR takes 6 days to get to me.
This was supposed to be a present for my son and it was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. When you speak to them they tell stories and than they keep telling more and more stories
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of ups 2nd day air from Ups. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $150 and wants Ups to offer any options to resolve the issue.
