They charged me $10 for no reason after they already raised my shipping price $20!! Then they Act all stubborn and say nope this is paypals problem.

And paypal said it is ups's problem. And thank god for paypal the gave me the $10 back. do not use ups if your life depended on it.

I hear even employees complaining about it. e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Delivery, Poor customer service, Unethical business practices, Customer service agents.
