Dear UPS, its been 4 weeks and i'm still waiting for my package.After two weeks of calling you and never getting that promised phone call back, you finally admitted that you lost the package, or well actually your subcontract company Purolator lost the package.

I'm still waiting on the "trace" from a week ago and the phone call i was supposed to receive. I'm certain that the purolator driver decided to keep it for themselves and UPS customer service does not care.

Never again will I use UPS/Purolator or buy from any company who ships through them.

CANADA POST FOREVER !!!!

That is not new news.This happens all the time.

they Automatically put them on hold for pickup. And now i have managers from UPS on the case to see what the *** is going on.

And when they have my package they loss it half the time.Purolator Sucks.
