UPS smashed a package & I refuse to pay them the shipping for the smashed package. In fact, since the package was insured, THEY OWE ME MONEY.
I filed a damage report twice, and UPS claims it still doesn't have it. After months of phone calls trying to get this resolved, UPS sent the $30 charge to Allied Interstate.
I got a threatening letter from Allied, and it says to contact them to tell them if I dispute it, but I can't. The phone number 866-207-2335 puts you on hold with music, then disconnects you after 1:04 minutes. They obviously don't want to be contacted. So I've decided to file an FTC complaint against UPS & Allied.
