I ordered a messenger bag for my girlfriend online for christmas. Well the site i went through to buy the bag used UPS.

Well its been about a week since the order and now they're saying they need me to send more info about where i live or change the shipping address. I go online, open an account with them, track my order, and try to change the shipping address. My order isn't even in the same county as where i live and they're saying they can't find my home.

Well, now they're also saying i have to pay them $40 a year to change the shipping address on ONE package. Why should i have to pay for a mistake that your company made for not even attempting to find my home?
