UPS has elected to make one attempt at delivery and if you don't answer the door (according to the driver) they can leave the package for you to pickup at the UPS Access Point. We pay for delivery to the correct street address.
We pay for a signature requirement. What part of my service options say UPS can just hold the package and inconvenience my customer? This needs to change. This make my company look bad.
Our customers don't understand why they would have to pickup their package. They feel like we did something wrong. All my packages ship Next Day Air.
Why would UPS allow it to sit for multiple days? This has got to change.
