I am really displeased with ups service. I paid for a 2nd day air, but my package took 7 days and counting. I called and called UPS support but no one could give me a straight answer.UPS has gotten too lazy and takes its customers for granted. I am not using their service anymore, even if I have to deliver them myself.

The funny thing is they don't even let you post complaints or have direct access to decision makers and complain directly to them.

I ended up filling a claim with my credit card and reverse the purchase.

Monetary Loss: $500.
