I paid for 2-day express delivery.The customet service rep had a horribly thick accent and told me that UPS shipped according to thier own schedule, not the merchant.

I was told i would get my parcel on monday, which in reality is four days from the day of purchase. Ironically my parcel is at the facility twenty miles from my house and they dont deliver on weekends, I was told.

Just a sad, sorry excuse for a shipping company if you ask me.
