I sent a gift to Mexico 2 day shipping to Mexico City paying $289.00. The intended recipient never received the box and I never received a phone call. I followed the tracking and saw it was being held. Called customer service, blew me off.

What was the specific item being sent as a gift to Mexico? Perhaps there was an issue when it got to Customs?

If there was an issue, UPS would not know about it, and Customs would not be calling you. Just posting misc since 50 words are required, just trying to fill space to meet the min word requirement.

They lost a package of 150 bagels sent 2nd day air for a military breakfast. Customer service was useless and could care less. They refused to call queens facility where it was last scanned. Nice to treat our active servicemen this way. I will make sure all over twitter

The situation is partially resolved, only because the shipper is shipping another part overnight, although now I have a double charge for the part until I send back the one that was shipped ground. I'm not a silly anything.

Your shipper didn't manifest the package correctly, why is that the fault of UPS? If it was shipped ground there is literally no way to just go find it and drive it to the airport.

You DO realize by the time you called it was on the road to your destination, along with thousands of others packages, yeah they'll just stop every part of that system to find your junk. Silly rabbit

04/5/2018. My first notice I sat eagerly waiting. Same for second. Third notice came the third day when they say they came that morning. Forth day I call and they say. Between 9am and 9 pm. Customer support in messenger 10 am -12pm. Later a call let’s me it may be late.

UPS in Denver, Colorado - Just more than enough to push me over the "Christmas Edge"

Two day air. ???????really????? Due on Dec. 22 , Friday, as they told me for two dAys via email. Pkg never came on Friday... I called Friday night at 11:50pm. Wait for over 30 minutes . Was told it would come Saturday the 23rd. Nothing came Saturday by dinner time. I call again and wait a similar amount of time. THEN I was told it is NOT coming until Tuesday, Dec. 26th. SOOO.....WHY WAS I NEVER notified earlier than Saturday night that I might as well forget it for Christmas! Furious at their absolute lack of communication. If they had some customer service skills and better business practices, perhaps they would have sent me a simple email informing me so.....then I might have had time to find some replacement items.....but at this point it is out of the question. VERY VERY ANGRY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is NOT their first Christmas season. Never forget this experience.....I will always remember the Christmas of 2017. They should apologize to Seabear as well!

UPS - I do too many deliveries per day, sorry I made a mistake

Packages not delivered...2:30PM Friday called UPS - routed to call center in the Philippines... opened a ticket...notified UPS driver, pkgs not received (Friday). 5:30PM Friday, Received call from Ups in USA (John in training)...the driver contacted by (Jen) dispatch, he admitted he delivered them to the wrong address. "I deliver 150 pkgs per day, I make mistakes" I asked UPS to go collect them immediately, "no driver in the area to pick them up". 2 Philippines...calls later, Friday 10:30PM UPS USA sent a driver to area. Per dispatch, the driver was told, by the people he left the pkgs with, "We saw pkgs, but we don't have them." I was told to open an investigation. Monday, AM&PM Philippines, they can not open a investigation ticket. Tuesday, 2 calls in AM, Philippines, they can not open a ticket. Tuesday PM, Philippines, opened ticket!! Wednesday, email notification packages were delivered to correct address. NOT...called back Philippines...reopened investigation ticket...Thursday email notification packages were delivered to correct address. NOT...called back Philippines...reopened investigation ticket...Friday, Asked for update, no response from UPS. Is UPS working their employees too hard? Or am I expecting a level of service UPS is unable to provide?

UPS - Terrible service !!!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! I PAID OVER 20$ TO HAVE MY PACKAGE SHIPPED SECOND DAY AIR BECAUSE I NEEDED IT IMMEDIATELY, AND MY PACKAGE GOT "HELD UP" . THEY REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO PICK MY PACKAGE UP AT THE ACTUAL UPS FACILITY AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME THE EXTRA MONEY I PAID TO HAVE IT SHIPPED IN 2 DAYS WHEN IT DIDNT COME IN 2 DAYS !!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE UPS AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE USE THEIR SERVICES.THE LEAST YOU CAN DO WHEN YOU MAKE A MISTAKE IS OWN UP TO IT AND MAKE IT RIGHT "SORRY" IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH THATS NOW HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS.

Anytime you ship meds you should use a service more reliable than UPS, but if you do use them or FedEx, they should be shipped with insurance that pays out if they don't arrive on time. I always do it that way and have had no issues. The one time I didn't get them on time I was paid from the insurance and used that to pay for the meds I had to get at the doctor.
