UPS is really not a good company to ship with. in my experience they lost our first package and with the second package, it was not delivered next day like the company paid for.
I called customer service several times and got lie after lie. I called the ups facility in colorado springs and the lady that answered the phone was so rude and all she did was lie.
The customer service people need to be retrained to actually tell customers the truth. i bet they still dont know where our fist package is
