UPS never scanned the code once they had supposedly picked it up from Post Office completely lost my package, and am now being charged with *** near $500 for T-Mobile which is definitely not fair. Called UPS twice, one lady with slight attitude answered and ended up hanging up on me.

Worst customer service ever as well.

I don't think I've ever had such a big problem like this in my life. UPS should definitely improve on their mistakes and should get people who are nicer as customer service and know how to solve problems and talk to people like they already should.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $488.
